Once order is placed with us we aim to have your item/items delivered within 5-7 working days. In some cases it maybe longer but you will be notified.  When your order has come through to us you will be given a date for delivery with a 4 hour time slot given to you day before delivery.

In the unlikely event of any damage being caused by the delivery team, Hamptons Beds  will not accept any responsibility for any damages or expenses. 

Please note postcode IV,TR,AB,DD,TD,DG are subject to extra £35 delivery charge.

Please note Ireland deliveries are subject to extra £80 delivery charge

DELIVERY CHECKS 

We carry out a full inspection of all goods being shipped out. As the item/items come securely packed in transparent packaging we urge our customers to check the item/items once again upon delivery. 

ACCESS FOR DELIVERY 

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the furniture you have ordered will fit into your home. 

It is very important that you carefully measure where your furniture will be placed and consider the route our delivery team will take to get it there.

FAILED DELIVERIES 

If you are not available to accept the delivery on the given day we reserve the right to charge a fee of £45 for re delivery.
